I recently went to the doctor because my shoulder was hurting. I didn’t think I hurt it exercising but it definitely hurts when I move certain ways. I went to a chiropractor and he said it is either frozen shoulder or a damaged rotary cuff but he can’t tell without an mri.
I went to the doctor and got an MRI. It turns out I have frozen shoulder. In Japan though they call it 50s shoulder since I guess 50 year olds typically get it… I am not in my 50s… ( ╯°□°)╯ ┻━━┻
I try to do some stretches every day but have been very bad at it. Hopefully I can make this into a habit.
