Bonji can’t keep his mouth closed

Bonji is our loud cat. He regularly meows at us for attention and sometimes likes to announce himself when he enters a room or goes to the bathroom. He is also really needy. If we close the bedroom door he will sit outside and whimper to be let in. After we relent, since we can’t sleep with all the noise he makes, he will jump on the bed and fall asleep on top of kana.

This time though he was just sleeping on the couch and I have no idea why his mouth is open.
